If you select your property early enough in the design stage there is time to make changes to the style or finish of the development.

We aim to develop a select number of sites, mainly around the Dolni and Gorni Bliznac areas, about 20 minutes south of Vanra. We have a stock of land to enable prospective purchasers to select a type of house to go on to a specific site, subject to local planning permissions.

Having had several years of experience in the Spanish building sales trade, our view is that Bulgaria villa building is in a similar situation to Spain about 10 years ago, with opportunities to be had in a newly emerging economy.
